Support Options:


Full Service With on Site Support

This support option is available to all Series III and Series V users. The cost of this support can only be determined by calling DataView at 770-417-1886 or e-mail to info@dataviewimaging.com. DataView will generate a quote for the full service contract. The contract will generally run about 10% of the original purchase price of the system. Any existing problems will need to be corrected prior to the contract taking effect. The cost of repair will be 20% off of the current time and material rate. The contract will only cover hardware and software provided by DataView. The contract will cover all parts and labor. The contract term is one year.


Full Service Without on Site Support

This support option is available to all Series III and Series V users. The cost of this support can only be determined by calling DataView at 770-417-1886 or e-mail to info@dataviewimaging.com. DataView will generate a quote for the full service contract. The contract will generally run about 8% of the original purchase price of the system. Any existing problems will need to be corrected prior to the contract taking effect. The cost of repair will be 20% off of the current time and material rate. The contract will only cover hardware and software provided by DataView. The contract will cover all parts and labor. The system must be returned to DataView for repair or the part may be shipped to you provided you have a reputable company qualified to service the system. The contract term is one year.


24/7 Telephone support

This support option is available to all Series II, Series III, and Series V users. The cost of this support is $995.00 for one year and $600.00 for 6 months. This options allows the user to call our support line 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The on-call service representative will call you back.


8/5 Telephone Support

This support option is available to all Series II, Series III, and Series V users. The cost of this support is $600.00 for one year. This options allows the user to call our support line during normal business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm ET Monday - Friday). If service is required outside of normal business hours, it will be billed at current hourly rate, one hour minimum.
